Pine Valley Motel

“It was a mom and pop place but you can tell they work hard to keep the place clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the ac was working perfectly, the room was newly renovated and a fridge and microwave were provided. It’s not luxurious, but it has everything you need for a 1-2 night stay while exploring Linville Falls and the Blueridge Parkway. The highlight of the stay was the night staff. He was absolutely gracious and kind, showed us a couple of rooms so we can choose the most comfortable and quiet room, had a genuine conversation and made us feel really welcome. I’ve stayed in Mariott, Fairmont, Accor, Best Western, Holiday Inn, Travelodge, Ramada, Quality Inn, Sleep Inn, Days Inn, etc. and it was the most genuine checkin experience we’ve had. We need more good people who take pride in what they do. Better than staying at Linville where options are limited and more expensive. Love this place!”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. The very kind veteran man named Scott working the front desk was very friendly and even gave me a extra soft pillow because I have neck problems. The room was super clean. Huge TV. Nice king size bed. Safe area. Some food options nearby. We stayed in room 30 last night and we are highly satisfied with the room as well as the friendly customer service. Thanks again scott and thanks for your service sir. we will be back :)”

“I read the horrible reviews for this place and decided to stay anyways. I am so glad I did! The room was clean and loved the king size bed and big screen tv! It was also very quiet and not a lot of traffic going on. For the price and location it is really a great place to stay. My wife and I were so pleased with the room! Definitely going to come back and stay there. Motel is close to everything and has many food options around. Over all don't believe the bad reviews. Try it out yourself. We loved it!”
